No tempering is required to get that glossy chocolate coating! These can be found at most grocery stores in the baking aisle, Target, Walmart and even Amazon. They are delicious, easy to use and come in a variety of flavors - milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate.

A great substitution is dried lavender or maybe even cake sprinkles. I used dark chocolate (70% cocoa content) but you can use semi-sweet chocolate as well.You want each one of the slices have their own space and not to be overlapping.
